Simply click here to be taken to the TPS Gregory Award nomination page to nominate Grayson J. Smith under the “Actor in Musical” category.  Voting ends Monday September 1st.

See Grayson J. Smith’s website here.

Here’s what people said about Grayson’s performance as The Artful Dodger:

“As the Artful Dodger who leads Oliver into the gang, Grayson J. Smith nails the character and proves an able young song and dance man.”

Talkin Broadway, David Edward Hughes

“… Artful Dodger (Grayson J. Smith) steals one scene after another.”

Seattle Weekly Arts, Kevin Phinney

“…“Consider Yourself” (led by young Grayson J. Smith’s delightfully raffish Artful Dodger)…”

The Seattle Times

“Oliver is at the heart of the play, but at the center of it’s spirit is the consummate performer Grayson J. Smith, the 12 year-old who plays the beloved character of the Artful Dodger.  Smith is the performer who puts it all together, not only is he a triple threat of singer/actor/dancer, but he exudes the youthful spirit of can-do-anything that is demanded by the role, and indeed, by the whole show.”

Drama in the Hood, Sarah Woolf

Just a quick update!  I’ve been making things.  I made just today a pair of yellow shorts using the a Liberty Jane pattern that was given away on Freebie Friday.

I made a couple doll bracelets, one as a gift.  A friend gave me some 18″ doll patterns, so I made a zip up hoodie with a iron-on rhinestone cupcake on the back as a birthday present for another friend.

It’s Friday again, which means another free pattern at!  This week, it’s a T-Shirt Variation Pack.  Click here to go to and view the item.

Simply add it to cart, and checkout.  From there, it will show links to download the PDF.  Because it’s free, the total at checkout will be $0.00.

I’ve downloaded it, and will definitely be making some as soon as I get a chance to print them!
